Your purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable right to access the 15 Minutes of Focus content you purchased for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not share your account or login credentials with others, provide others with access to purchased content, or resell or transfer your access to another person.
All 15 Minutes of Focus videos, images, written materials, graphics, and other original content are protected by copyright and remain the property of Process/Focused.
You may not copy, record, reproduce, download, republish, distribute, publicly display, sell, modify, or create derivative works from 15 Minutes of Focus content without prior written permission.
15 Minutes of Focus is intended to provide educational information and perspective about the college admissions process. The content reflects my professional experience and judgment, but college admissions practices and policies vary among institutions and can change over time.
Purchasing or using 15 Minutes of Focus does not create a consulting or advisory relationship with Process/Focused or Topher Bordeau and does not guarantee admission to any college or university or any other particular admissions outcome.
Students and families remain responsible for their own application decisions and for verifying current requirements, deadlines, and policies directly with colleges and universities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
If I reasonably believe an account is being shared, content is being copied or distributed, or these Terms are otherwise being materially violated, I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund.
Purchases are subject to the 15 Minutes of Focus Refund Policy. Because purchased digital content is available for immediate access, purchases are non-refundable once access to the purchased title, Topic of Focus, or Complete Library has been provided, except as described in that policy.
15 Minutes of Focus uses third-party services, including Thinkific, to provide checkout, account management, and access to purchased content. Your use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to 15 Minutes of Focus, its services, or applicable requirements. The current version will be posted on this website with its effective date.
